Thousands of Ukrainians, forced to seek refuge abroad due to the war, often find themselves in need of renewing their driver's licenses but face challenges in doing so outside the country. Therefore, we are launching a new service that many drivers have been eagerly anticipating.

Henceforth, drivers can order the exchange of their driver's licenses online with international delivery. This convenient service will be available to individuals residing in Poland, where a significant number of Ukrainian citizens currently find themselves, unable to return to their homeland for various reasons.

To order the document with delivery by Ukrposhta abroad, individuals can do so through their online driver's cabine. This service will be useful for those who want to exchange their license, whether obtained for the first time for a two-year period, lost or damaged, or if there have been changes to personal information.

The new service is user-friendly and can be ordered in just a few clicks. Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Igor Klymenko, explained: "To do this, you need to log in to the Driver's Electronic Cabinet, specify the reason for exchanging the license, choose international delivery, and pay for the service. After processing the application, the ready document will be sent to the chosen branch."

The estimated international delivery time is around 15 days. The approximate cost of the driver's license is 311 UAH for the form and administrative services. The logistic costs for postal delivery abroad will amount to 960 UAH.
